Ms Eitra Myo joined FLC Myanmar as a Legal Manager. Eitra has over two years of experience in a range of corporate matters and specializes in investments, mergers & acquisitions and labor laws.
She earned her Bachelor and Master of Law degrees at Dagon University, Yangon, Myanmar and her Corporate MBA degree at University of Sarawak, Malaysia (UNIMAS).
Eitra started her practice at the Yangon office of a Japanese law firm as a Senior Legal Advisor specialising in various areas of corporate work including, labor, incorporation, mergers & acquisitions, contracts and intellectual property among others.
Before Eitra began her legal profession in the corporate field, she worked as a part-time lecturer at UNIMAS, where she taught Business Law and Investment Law at the Faculty of Economic and Business for a year.
As a Legal Advisor, she has provided legal advice on million-dollar investment projects in Thilawa SEZ, and in the hotel, tourism, and garment Industries. She was involved in several mergers & acquisitions deals between local SME companies and japanese investors. She has advised on tender applications of multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects, and on complicated labor disputes in the garment industry.
With her experience in labor, incorporation, mergers & acquisitions, contract, and intellectual property, among others, Eitra is positioned to provide strategic advice and execution support on a broad spectrum of corporate matters. She is effectively bilingual in Burmese and English.
