Vanessa has a particular interest in fund-raising and series financing work starting from early-stage investments and fund-raising all the way to an exit via trade sale or a listing. In particular, Vanessa’s work in the fund-raising and series financing space includes advising on and following her clients through the “cradle-to-exit” trajectory and on the corresponding strategies and structures, covering equity, debt and convertible structures. Vanessa also handles a wide range of corporate advisory and contractual agreements. Vanessa’s clients include local and global public and private companies, start-ups or early-stage businesses, multi-national corporations as well as high net-worth individuals. Vanessa also advises private equity funds and family offices and their portfolio companies on deal structuring and execution of local and cross-border corporate transactions with an emphasis on the healthcare, renewable energy, and technology sectors.

Vanessa was a Registered Professional under the Sponsorship regime of the Catalist board of the Singapore Stock Exchange, where she was involved in the full spectrum of continuing sponsorship activities for companies under the Catalist regime.
